Abstract

¸ñÀû º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº Q ¹æ¹ý·ÐÀ» ÅëÇØ °£È£»çÀÇ Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈû ´ëó °æÇèÀ» À¯ÇüÈ­ÇÏ°í À¯Çüº° Ư¼ºÀ» ºÐ¼®ÇÔÀ¸·Î½á °£È£»çÀÇ Á¶Á÷¹®È­¸¦ È®ÀÎÇÏ°í, °£È£½Ç¹«ÇöÀå¿¡¼­ÀÇ Á¶Á÷ ºÐÀ§±â¸¦ ±àÁ¤ÀûÀÌ°í ÁøÃëÀûÀΠȯ°æÀ» ¸¶·ÃÇϱâ À§ÇÑ È¿°úÀûÀÎ Á¤Ã¥°ú ´ëÃ¥À» ¸¶·ÃÇϴµ¥ ±Ù°ÅÀÚ·á·Î È°¿ëÇÏ°íÀÚ ½ÃµµµÇ¾ú´Ù.

°á°ú ºÐ¼®°á°ú, ÀÓ»ó°£È£»çÀÇ Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈû ´ëó °æÇèÀº ¡®±äÀåµÈ °¨Á¤ ±â¹ÝÀÇ °¨³»Çü ´ëó¡¯, ¡®±àÁ¤Àû »ç°í ±â¹ÝÀÇ ÀÚ±â³ë·ÂÇü ´ëó¡¯, ¡®°³ÀÎÁÖÀÇ »ç°í ±â¹ÝÀÇ ¼öµ¿Àû ´ëó¡¯, ¡®ÁöÁöü°è ±â¹ÝÀÇ °¨Á¤Ç¥ÃâÇü ´ëó¡¯, ¡®¹®Á¦ÇØ°á Áß½ÉÀÇ Àû±ØÀû ´ëó¡¯ÀÇ ÃÑ 5°³ À¯ÇüÀÌ È®ÀεǾú´Ù.

°á·Ð ÀÓ»ó°£È£»çÀÇ Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈû¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ´ëó ¾ç»ó¿¡ ´ëÇÑ ÀÌÇظ¦ µ½°í À¯Çüº° Ư¼ºÀ» Á¦½ÃÇÔÀ¸·Î½á ±Ã±ØÀûÀ¸·Î ÀÓ»ó°£È£»çÀÇ À¯Çüº° ÁßÀçÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ßÇϴµ¥ È°¿ëÇÒ ¼ö ÀÖÀ» °ÍÀÌ´Ù. ¶ÇÇÑ, µµÃâµÈ ´ëó À¯ÇüÀº Á¶Á÷Â÷¿ø°ú °³ÀÎÂ÷¿ø, ¿¹¹æ Â÷¿ø°ú Á¶Á÷¹®È­ Â÷¿ø¿¡¼­ Á÷Àå ³» ±«·ÓÈû ±ÙÀý Àü·«À» Á¦½ÃÇÏ´Â °¡À̵å¶óÀÎÀÌ µÇ±æ ±â´ëÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data to understand the organizational culture of nursesby categorizing nurses' experience of coping with bullying in the workplace through Q methodology andanalyzing the characteristics of each type, and to induce correct policy measures and interventions to createan atmosphere created in the nursing clinical field to be more advanced and positive.

Methods: To form theQ population, focus group interviews were conducted with nurses working for more than six months at twogeneral hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi. Interviews were conducted by 12 nurses introduced to participantswho can provide researchers with a wealth of information on workplace bullying experiences without filtration.
In addition, the Q population was extracted by reviewing the results. Based on the results derived from this,38 Q statements in total were extracted. Forty clinical nurses were required to classify Q sample statements,and the data collected through this were analyzed using the pc-QUANAL program.

Results: As a result of theanalysis, a total of five types of clinical nurses' experiences of coping with bullying in the workplace wereidentified: ¡®tense emotion-based tolerance response,¡¯ ¡®positive thinking-based self-effort response¡¯,¡®individualistic thinking-based passive response¡¯, ¡®support system-based emotional expression response¡¯ and¡®active response centered on problem-solving¡¯.

Conclusion: The derived response types are expected to beguidelines for suggesting strategies to eradicate bullying in the workplace at the organizational level, individuallevel, prevention level, and organizational culture level.
